Low Maintenance. Our Electric Scooters and Mopeds are powered by a brushless electric engine and sealed batteries so there are no messy oil changes or tune-ups required. In fact the only fluid to be found in our electric scooters is the brake fluid. Aside from checking the tires for both pressure and wear, along with the brakes, there is really nothing more you need to do other than plug and go.

Helmets Required. All of our electric scooters, aside from Scoot-E, are classified as road-legal mopeds, so a licence and insurance will be needed to ride. The Retro and City models come with the option of a 30 miles/hr speed restriction, so they fall into the 50cc (L1e) moped classification, allowing them to be driven with a regular driver's license issued before Feb. 2001. For those who want to take advantage of speeds of up to 60 miles/hr. Our models come available in an unrestricted version, classifying them as 125cc (L3e) mopeds.

Guarantee. At E-City Wheels we insure that all of our Electric Scooters and Mopeds are built to the highest of standards. We do a pre service inspection on all of our electric scooters before we send them out to you, so all you need to do is put in the key and go. All of our Electric Scooters and Mopeds come with a 2 years guaranty on the parts, 1 year for the Silicone Batteries and 3 years for the Lithium-Ion Batteries.
