Just had my free hours lesson with the guys on Stormy Down Motorcycling School. Went there with a little trepidation as its been over twenty years since i've done any sort of riding but was put completely at ease. Very proffessional, very informative and a lot of fun, had forgotten just how sensitive motorbikes are!! So my thanks to Get On and all the people  at Stormy, will be definetly going back there for further lessons in future. Would recommend this free ride for any one who is thinking of taking up motorcycling for whatever reasons.

Yeh will definetly being sorting out a CBT (When finances allow!!) ride that and get some(bike) road craft in before going for the big bike, and yes did have a brilliant time,as i said the guys at the school were great

Well, good luck with your CBT then! I'm sure it will go fine, it seems that the key is really just practice, and the Free Ride helps a lot in that department.

If you still feel like you need some, I know that a lot of schools offer a 'pre-CBT' lesson, which is really the same thing as the CBT but without the formalities and pressure, so that you feel more relaxed when you do the actual test...
