Get On at Goodwood

This weekend’s Festival of Speed at Goodwood will be welcoming stars from all kinds of motorsports, from Jenson Button to Emerson Fittipaldi, from trials champion Dougie Lampkin to world superbike star Leon Haslam. Among the celebrities enjoying the glamour and excitement from 2 – 4 July 2010 will be singing quartet Blake, chef James Martin and Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason.

Watching the classic and modern motorcycles in action might whet your appetite to ride. No problem – Get On’s mobile Roadshow Unit will be there, so you can get onto two wheels yourself. Whether you’ve had a few years away from riding or have never ridden a motorbike or scooter before, our friendly, qualified trainers are ready to welcome you. They’ll kit you out in safety gear, find you a suitable scooter or bike, and get you moving in a trial session. And it’s absolutely free!

If you can’t make it to Goodwood, don’t worry. Just register your details, and a training centre near you will be in touch to arrange a free trial ride at a time that suits you. What’s the catch? There isn’t one. We know that, once you’ve tried it, some of you will like it enough to do your CBT or get a full motorbike licence, and start enjoying life on two wheels.

Who knows? By next year you could be riding to Goodwood yourself!
